Connecting and restoring

Trees can help you to connect to the true "self". You can learn a lot from trees- e.g. patience, creativity, durance, strength, flexibility and joy. To communicate with trees you don't need much. Your imagination and openness for new experience - practising Yoga sequences standing next to trees.

In Tree Yoga you will learn specific sequences with breathing and movement, based on Hatha and Kundalini Yoga. It will help you to understand different arts of trees like oak, birch, linden etc. and in connection with that, understand oneself better. You will learn to open your senses, get more conscious and grounded.

Every Yoga lesson will end with walking meditaton.
